A Base Plan, Plus What You Use
The plans below are read live from the same pricing API the dashboard uses, so this page cannot drift from what you would actually be put on.

Every plan is a monthly base plus metered usage, billed at the rates below.
Usage Rates
Every plan bills usage on top of its base price, monthly, at these default rates. Some accounts carry their own agreed rates; yours are always under Billing then Usage in the dashboard.
The usage rates couldn’t be loaded right now. Refresh the page, or find yours under Billing then Usage in the dashboard.
A plan covers the platform, not the work. If you would rather not build the storefront yourself, that is what ecommerce development is for, and the quote is scoped per project rather than set here. If you are still working out whether a particular capability is included, the solutions pages go through them one at a time.

Questions People Actually Ask
What does a plan actually include?
The monthly base and the number of team members shown on the card. Everything metered sits on top of that, at the usage rates listed on this page, after the free monthly allowance.
Do you take a cut of my card payments?
Card processing is billed by your gateway, Stripe or Authorize.net, on your own account at their rates. We do not publish a card rate because we do not set one. A platform fee per paid order can be configured on an account, and it is zero unless you have agreed one with us.
Where do I see the metered rates?
The default rates are in the Usage Rates table above. Once you're running, Billing then Usage in the dashboard shows every line with what you used and the rate it was charged at, including any rate agreed for your account.
Can I run several storefronts on one account?
That is the normal setup. One backend serves as many storefronts as you like, each with its own keys and domain, and usage is metered across the organization rather than per site.
What if the plan I need is not listed?
Some plans are assigned to an account directly instead of being published, so the list above is not the whole set. Tell us what you are running and we will quote it.
What if I need to leave?
Everything is reachable through the same REST API you build on, so an export is a script you can write yourself. There is no proprietary format to escape.
Put Something Real on It
Take your keys, point a storefront at the backend, and put a real catalog behind it. That answers more than a pricing page can.
