The Backend That Does Not Fire You.
Hemp and CBD ecommerce software usually means a platform that onboarded you without reading its own risk policy, and drops you once somebody finally does. We build for this category on purpose: high-risk payment rails, per-state product restrictions, and COAs attached to the products they belong to.

Why Platforms Drop You.
Usually not malice. A mainstream platform is also, or is tied to, a payment processor, and that processor carries the chargeback risk for everything it touches. When the risk team eventually reads the merchant list, a category with regulatory ambiguity is the cheapest thing to remove.
We are the software, not the processor. You hold the merchant account and the relationship, which means there is no scenario where our risk exposure becomes a reason to close your store.
What We Will Not Do.
We will not tell you that you are compliant. Nobody selling software is in a position to, and a vendor who offers it is selling reassurance rather than a product.
You remain responsible for what you sell, where you ship it, what you claim about it and what your license allows. What we can do is make those rules operable: restrictions enforced in the cart, certificates attached to products, and a log of every change.

Questions People Ask
Will you drop us like the mainstream platforms do?
No, and the reason is structural rather than a promise about goodwill. We are not a payment processor and we are not underwriting your risk, so we have no exposure that would make dropping you rational. We are the software your store runs on, and hemp and CBD merchants are a category we build for deliberately rather than tolerate.
Can you guarantee we stay compliant?
No, and be careful with any vendor who says otherwise. You remain responsible for your own regulatory compliance: what you may sell, where you may ship it, what you may claim about it, and what your license permits. What we sell is infrastructure that makes compliance possible to operate, including per-state product restrictions and lab results attached to products. The rules themselves are yours.
How do payments work for a high-risk merchant?
Card processing runs through Authorize.Net, which is the standard rail for merchants that mainstream processors decline. You hold the merchant account and the relationship; the platform is the thing that talks to it. That separation is the point, because it means our business does not become a reason to close yours.
Can we stop certain products shipping to certain states?
Yes, at the product level, and it is enforced in the cart rather than described in a policy. Rules differ by state and change, so this is configuration you control rather than something hard-coded into the software.
What about lab results?
COAs and lab reports are labelled files on the product or category, retrieved by name from the storefront. That means a product page can show its own certificate without anybody hand-maintaining links, and replacing a batch's paperwork is an upload rather than a deploy.
Do you handle the age gate?
We build it. It is part of the storefront rather than a dashboard toggle, which is deliberate: an age gate is the first thing a visitor sees and it should look like your brand, not like a generic overlay. We have shipped these on several hemp and THCA stores.
