Marketplace Partner Agreement

This agreement governs your participation in the consumer marketplace app, which lists your store alongside other brands so shoppers can discover your products in one place.
1. Your products
The catalog, pricing, and availability shown in the marketplace app mirror your storefront. You are responsible for keeping them accurate and for honoring the prices displayed.
2. Orders & fulfillment
Shoppers can complete checkout inside the app, and payment for in-app orders is settled into your own connected payment account. Shoppers are not handed off to another storefront unless they choose to visit yours. Either way, you fulfill, ship, and support those orders under your own shipping and refund policies, and the order and customer remain yours.
3. Conduct & compliance
You will only list products you are legally permitted to sell, including age-restricted products where age verification applies. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in the regions you ship to.
4. Presentation & placement
The marketplace may feature your store and products in curated placements such as the home hero, category rows, and promotional banners. You can opt out of the marketplace at any time from this dashboard.
5. Data
Shopper interactions with your store in the app (views, clicks, checkout hand-offs) are shared back to you as analytics. Global shopper accounts remain governed by the marketplace privacy policy.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Fees
A fee of 1% + 20¢ applies to each purchase made through the app. This is separate from any transaction fee on your own website.
